The Halloween Alter-Ego Bop took place on Sunday 27th October. There were high expectations after some of the weird and wonderful costumes that appeared at the first Disney Bop of term. Needless to say, the costumes did not disappoint. Who knew that Clareites have alter-egos such as ‘sparty rock’, wolves (some people just can’t resist busting out the multi-purpose onesies…) and the incredible hulk.
Colonel Spanky’s Love Ensemble got the fun started and the crowd dancing with some classics, followed by DJ Konrad who had some Halloween specials up his sleeve!
Apple-bobbing and donut-catching also went down a storm. A few Clareites seemed to go for a bit of a swim though (see below)! The sweets courtesy of the UCS also went down well- although a few people were suspect that we luring them into Chlamydia testing- that’s Dylan’s job, guys!
All in all, a great night was had by all, and the party continued later on in Life (never wanting to break tradition!)
Keep an eye out for info on the next CHRISTMAS QCOEF BOP- JOINT WITH QUEENS’ COLLEGE!! Guaranteed to be a great end to the term to get you in the Christmas spirit.
